Commercial Usage License Packages

The following costs includes everything listed on your package details.You are required to pay a 30% deposit before pre-production starts. After balance is fully paid you will receive a link to download the photo(s) you have selected and a copyright agreement for the time of 12months. *It is not recommended to buy the exclusive rights, the license pricing is 5-10% of the cost per photo's exclusive rights. It is highly recommended to only work within our licensing and not attempt to buy the exclusive rights but if you insist you may contact us anytime to inquiry costs for a photo's exclusive rights.

Commercial pricing is based on regular base prices listed [here] plus the following licensing pricing. *Regular base hourly rates does NOT include any products, prints, licensing, etc. You must be prepared for additional costs such as licensing, and travel expenses to receive the product bought. Any licenses renewed 30 days prior to term being completed will receive a 10% discount!

Standard Pricing

Licence Types:

Advertising: Allows you to advertise your photos of your company services/products/etc. online digitally or in print such as flyers, newspaper, etc. May not sell or gain any form of revenue from selling the photos directly.

Print: Allows you to only print for personal usage and purposes outside of Chris Adval Productions. May not sale photos, or advertise using the photos.

Sales: Allows you to only sale the photos, but you are required to print them with Chris Adval Productions or upgrade to an ALL Usage license or add a print license with this license.

Non-Advertising Publishing: Allows you to publish to any publication without specific permission by photographer. Must not be for advertising purposes this license is more for editorial purposes.


12 Month Term Periods

1. ALL USAGES: Advertising, Sales, Print, and Publishing - $120 per photo per year 
2. Advertising - $50 per photo per year
3. Print - $80 per photo per year
4. Sales - $80 per photo per year
5. Non-Advertising Publishing - $60 per photo per year for profit  publication, non-profit  publication $20 per photo per year.

• ALL USAGES: 10 Photos $700 per year ($500 Savings!)
• Advertising: 10 Photos $350 per year ($150 Savings!)
• Print: 10 Photos $600 per year ($200 Savings!)

5. Non-Advertising Publishing - $30 per photo per  6months for profit  publication, non-profit  publication $10 per photo per  6months.
